Los municipios a los cuales el Incora delegue, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes, la función de adjudicación ordinaria de baldíos nacionales, levantarán por medio de funcionarios de su dependencia o de personal técnico vinculado por contrato, todos los informativos necesarios para su adjudicación. Lo anterior no impide que, en todos los casos, puedan ser utilizados para la identificación predial, otros informativos hechos por entidades públicas o particulares, cuando se ajusten a las normas técnicas aceptadas por el Incora.
