Los profesionales del nivel superior universitario que presten asistencia técnica especializada dentro de las unidades de asistencia técnica agropecuaria, deberán seguir los cursos de actualización tecnológica que dicte el ICA. El SENA capacitará los técnicos de nivel intermedio que pertenezcan a dichas unidades.
