Los departamentos, con la asesoría científica del ICA, realizarán la debida coordinación, seguimiento y evaluación de los servicios de asistencia técnica especializada agropecuaria para pequeños productores que en desarrollo del presente Decreto establezcan los municipios, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Código de Régimen Departamental y por la Ley 12 de 1986.
