El Presidente de la República designará un liquidador del ICCE, quien tendrá las mismas funciones, calidades y remuneración correspondientes al Director del Instituto. Durante el proceso de liquidación, el liquidador será asistido por una Junta liquidadora que tendrá la misma composición de la Junta Directiva del ICCE.
