Corresponde al Fondo Nacional Hospitalario asesorar técnica y financieramente a los municipios en las actividades a que hace referencia el artículo 18, para lo cual el Ministerio de Salud Fondo Nacional Hospitalario, se reorganizará y adecuará a su planta de personal.
