Dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia del presente decreto, las oficinas seccionales de la División de Saneamiento Básico Rural del Instituto Nacional de Salud se integrarán a las entidades seccionales que se creen o transformen para la prestación de los servicios de agua potable y saneamiento básico. Cumplido el plazo a que se refiere el inciso anterior, el Gobierno suprimirá las oficinas que no hayan sido integradas a los niveles seccional y local.
