º Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones el liquidador será asistido por una Junta Liquidadora que tendrá la misma composición de la Junta Directiva del Instituto y estará sujeta a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para ésta. La Junta Liquidadora ejercerá las funciones prescritas para la Junta Directiva del Instituto, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación.
