º El Presidente de la República designará el liquidador del Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal (Insfopal) que deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas para el Director del Instituto, tendrá su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El liquidador del Instituto ejercerá las funciones prescritas para el Director de la Entidad, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación.
