º Suprímese el Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal (Insfopal), establecimiento público creado y reorganizado por los Decretos 94 de 1957 y 2804 de 1975, respectivamente. En consecuencia, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, dicho Instituto entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual deberá concluir a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1989. La liquidación se realizará conforme al procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
