Recompensas . La Superintendencia de Sociedades podrá ofrecer y pagar a los particulares, diferentes a los sujetos a los que se refiere el artículo 5º del Decreto 4334 de 2008, recompensas por la información que conduzca a la efectiva recuperación de bienes producto de la captación o recaudo no autorizado, con cargo a los bienes efectivamente recuperados. La mencionada recompensa será equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) del monto recuperado y no podrá exceder de cincuenta salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
