Remisión de Bienes. Cualquier autoridad que, en actuaciones administrativas o judiciales, incluida la Fiscalía General de la Nación, tenga, a cualquier título, bienes de propiedad o que sean o hubieren sido aprehendidos al sujeto intervenido, teniendo en cuenta lo señalado en el numeral 15 del artículo 9º del Decreto 4334 de 2008, deberá ponerlos a disposición del Agente Interventor. En caso de que no haya Agente Interventor lo pondrá a disposición de la Superintendencia de Sociedades.
