Remisión de reclamaciones. Cualquier autoridad que reciba o haya recibido solicitudes de reclamación, indemnización pago o equivalente, relacionada con los dineros entregados a las personas naturales o jurídicas intervenidas de conformidad con el Decreto 4334 de 2008, deberá remitirlas al Agente Interventor quien será el único competente para resolverlas, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos en el citado decreto.
