º . Régimen de contratación . Para efectos de la celebración de los contratos necesarios para la ejecución del Plan Nacional de descongestión adoptado por la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, se acudirá al procedimiento establecido en el artículo 44 del Decreto 2474 de 2008, salvo que las normas de contratación establezcan un mecanismo más expedito.
