º . Modifícase el artículo 2º del Decreto 3930 del 9 de octubre de 2008, el cual quedará así. La Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura podrá crear, suprimir y trasladar cargos en la Administración de Justicia. El funcionario judicial cuyo cargo se cree con fundamento en este decreto, o que sea trasladado, tendrá competencia para tramitar, sustanciar y fallar los procesos de los que conoce el despacho al cual sea asignado. En el caso de despachos nuevos tendrá las competencias correspondientes al cargo creado.
