Al artículo 372 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, se le adicionará como último inciso el que sigue: Procederá el rechazo in límine del recurso de casación por parte del magistrado sustanciador cuando exista carencia manifiesta de fundamento de la pretensión casacional o defectos de forma o de técnica que hagan imposible su examen de fondo.
