°. Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 218, 227 y 230 del Decreto 663 de 1993, Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y deroga el artículo 85 de la Ley 101 de 1993 y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
