º. Las denominaciones "Universidad", "Facultad" y sus similares para un establecimiento con carácter de estudios comerciales, sólo podrá emplearse con aprobación expresa del Ministerio de Educación, el cual las dará exclusivamente para los que tengan carácter universitario. El término "Nacional" como parte de la denominación de un centro educativo solamente podrá ser empleado por el estado para los establecimientos oficiales.
