º. El alumno que habiendo aprobado cualquier número de años de bachillerato o de estudios normalistas, pretendiere luego cursar los de comercio, podrá ingresar al año siguiente al último que ha cursado y aprobado, siempre que en el término de sus estudios cumpla en toda su intensidad aquellas asignaturas de la enseñanza comercial que ha dejado de cursar en los años anteriores.
