Articulo 3º El manejo de estos fondos por el Tesorero Departamental del Tolima, queda sujeto a lo establecido por la Contraloria General de la Republica , en Resoluciones 732 y 736 de 1945, lo mismo que a las demas dispocisiones vigentes ,sobre la materia. Comuniquese y publiquese
