Articulo 1º Delégase a la Gobernacion del Departamento del Tolima , la construccion de la Escuela Normal de Varones de Icononzo construccion que se llevara a cabo de conformidad con los planos y especificaciones aprobados por el Gobierno Nacional para dicha obra, la cual estará además bajo el control y direccion de la Sección de A rquitectura del Ministerio de Educacion Nacional.
