Mientras la Corporación adopta su planta de personal, el Director Ejecutivo de la misma podrá solicitar a las diversas entidades públicas nacionales su cooperación para adelantar las tareas que corresponden a la Corporación. Para este efecto, dichas entidades podrán comisionar a sus funcionarios.
