De conformidad con las apropiaciones de ingresos y gastos establecidas en el Decreto-ley 4950 de 2011 y los ajustes presupuestales realizados en el presente decreto y en aplicación del principio presupuestal de publicidad y transparencia del Sistema General de Regalías, establézcase en los siguientes artículos el consolidado del presupuesto de ingresos y gastos del Sistema General de Regalías para la vigencia fiscal de 2012.
