ARTICULO 13. Si para colaborar con la justicia la persona se limita a realizar confesión simple, sólo se tendrá en cuenta la disminución prevista para el efecto en el Código de Procedimiento Penal. No obstante, si además de la confesión la persona colabora para los fines previstos en este Decreto, el fiscal competente podrá acordar cualquiera de los beneficios establecidos en el artículo primero.
