ARTICULO 12. De la no acumulación de beneficios. Los beneficios establecidos en el presente Decreto no son acumulables con los demás establecidos en otras disposiciones. El beneficiario podrá acogerse a cualquiera de los regímenes vigentes. En todo caso se reconocerá la redención de pena por trabajo, estudio y enseñanza establecida en la ley.
