ARTICULO 11. Inexistencia de actuaciones procesales. Las actuaciones que se realicen durante el trámite previsto en este Decreto, se consignarán en cuaderno separado. En caso de que no resulte procedente alguno de los beneficios de que trata este Decreto el cuaderno se archivará. Lo acordado por el declarante, imputado, procesado o condenado con el Fiscal se tendrá como inexistente y no se podrá considerar como prueba.
