ARTICULO 8o. Término para reconocer los beneficios. Los beneficios deberán reconocerse en providencia motivada dentro de los quince días siguientes contados a partir de aquel en que se haya acordado su concesión, siempre y cuando dicho beneficio no deba ser reconocido en la sentencia respectiva. Contra dicha providencia proceden los recursos ordinarios.
