ARTICULO 7o. Oportunidad para realizar el acuerdo. En cualquiera de las etapas procesales podrán celebrarse las reuniones que fueren necesarias para determinar la procedencia del beneficio, a iniciativa del fiscal que conoce del proceso, del Fiscal General de la Nación o su delegado, del Procurador General de la Nación o su delegado, del procesado o sentenciado.
