ARTICULO 6o. Procedimiento durante la ejecución de la pena. Cuando el beneficio sea reconocido durante la ejecución de la pena el Fiscal enviará al Juez de Ejecución de Penas o a quien haga sus veces el informe respectivo para que se profiera la decisión de acuerdo con lo manifestado por la Fiscalía.
