ARTICULO 5o. Colaboración durante la etapa de juzgamiento. Si la colaboración se realiza durante la etapa de juzgamiento el fiscal suscribirá un acta que contenga el acuerdo a que se haya llegado con el procesado para la concesión de los beneficios, la cual se aportará al proceso para que el juez reconozca dichos beneficios en la sentencia.
