Convenios de desempeño . Las metas que se establezcan en los programas de saneamiento fiscal y financiero que adopten las empresas sociales del Estado que tengan suscritos o suscriban convenios de desempeño asociados a contratos de empréstito condonables, se entenderán incorporadas en las matrices de condonabilidad de dichos convenios, y se evaluarán anualmente por parte de las instancias de evaluación definidas en las normas vigentes.
