Liquidación de empresas sociales del Estado . En las liquidaciones de empresas sociales del Estado que se estén adelantando o se adelanten por parte de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, se dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 y en la Ley 1105 de 2006, y demás normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
