Las entidades responsables de pago podrán priorizar la prestación de los servicios de alta especialización a sus usuarios en instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud acreditadas, en proceso de acreditación y centros de excelencia, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que defina el Ministerio de la Protección Social.
