°. Contratación entidades territoriales . Las entidades territoriales contratarán la prestación de servicios de salud que requiera la población pobre no asegurada, los eventos no incluidos en el plan obligatorio de salud del régimen subsidiado y las actividades del plan de intervenciones colectivas a su cargo, dentro de los primeros treinta (30) días hábiles de cada año.
