Los recursos que se obtengan con ocasión de las operaciones autorizadas por el presente decreto, serán transferidos por la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público al Fondo Adaptación, para la recuperación, construcción y reconstrucción, o la entidad que haga sus veces en la medida en que su ejecución vaya siendo requerida para atender las necesidades de la emergencia declarada mediante el Decreto 4580 de 2010, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos que el Gobierno Nacional establezca para tal fin.
