ARTICULO 35 . Contratos de fiducia. El Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República podrá celebrar contratos de fiducia, destinados a atender programas que requieran servicios de asesoría y asistencia técnica, que sirvan de apoyo a su gestión. Los rendimientos que se produzcan en virtud de los contratos de fiducia, se podrán reinvertir en el objeto del contrato y en los costos de administración que demande el mismo.
