ARTICULO 34 . Del régimen de contratación aplicable a los convenios interadministrativos . Los contratos que celebren las entidades públicas, en desarrollo de los convenios interadministrativos que suscriban con el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República para el cumplimiento de los programas de la Presidencia, se someterán a las disposiciones del presente estatuto.
