ARTICULO 27 . Pago en divisas. Cuando los contratos así lo estipulen, se podrán hacer los pagos en moneda distinta a la legal colombiana. Las obligaciones se cubrir en divisas, siempre que las normas cambiarias lo permitan, en caso contrario se pagarán en moneda legal colombiana a la tasa de cambio vigente a la fecha del respectivo pago.
