ARTICULO 18 . De la devolución del depósito o garantía. Al adjudicatario y a quienes fueren calificados como elegibles se les devolver el depósito o la garantía de seriedad de la propuesta una vez suscrito el contrato; a los demás proponentes dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la adjudicación.
