ARTICULO 16. Financiación por un tercero. Cuando la propuesta que ha sido adjudicada lleve oferta de financiación por parte de un tercero, se podrá suscribir el contrato condicionando su ejecución a la disponibilidad de los recursos del contrato de crédito.
