ARTICULO 15. De los efectos de la adjudicación. Notificada la resolución de adjudicación, ésta es irrevocable, y obliga por igual a la entidad y al adjudicatario a la celebración del contrato respectivo, dentro del plazo establecido, salvo lo dispuesto por el artículo 73 del Decreto 01 de 1984.
