ARTICULO 13 . De los criterios para la adjudicación. La adjudicación deberá hacerse, previo estudio y efectuado el análisis comparativo cuando a ello hubiere lugar, al oferente cuya propuesta se ajuste al pliego de condiciones y resulte más conveniente de acuerdo con los criterios de selección y el método de cálculo establecido en el pliego de condiciones.
