ARTICULO 5o . Convenios interadministrativos . Los convenios que celebre el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República con otras entidades públicas sólo se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2. de este decreto. En todo lo demás se someterán a los requisitos y formalidades que exige la ley para la contratación entre particulares. En estos casos no se requiere constitución de garantías.
