ARTICULO 3o. Contratos que deben constar por escrito . Deben constar por escrito los contratos cuya cuantía sea o exceda de doscientos (200) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. Los contratos de cuantía inferior sólo requieren resolución de reconocimiento y pago, y de la constitución de las garantías que a juicio del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República se consideren necesarias para su cumplimiento y debida ejecución.
