ARTICULO 5o . Para escoger la forma de remuneración a que se refiere el literal b) del artículo anterior, se requerirá manifestación expresa del empleado correspondiente, de conformidad con la reglamentación que disponga el Jefe del Departamento. Mientras no se realice dicha manifestación, se entenderá que el empleado escoge la forma de remuneración prevista en el régimen general de los empleados del Departamento Administrativo.
