ARTICULO 3o . Las modificaciones que se hagan a las escalas de remuneración adoptadas en el artículo 1º de este Decreto deben tener en cuenta la proporcionalidad de las mismas entre las asignaciones fijadas para un grado y las del grado inmediatamente anterior.
