ARTICULO 19 . (Transitorio). El empleado que al entrar en vigencia el presente decreto perciba una remuneración básica mensual superior a la que le corresponda en el empleo al que se vincule en la nueva planta, devengará el salario dispuesto en este decreto para el grado de remuneración inmediatamente superior a la asignación básica mensual que recibía en la planta anterior.
