ARTICULO 18 . De los requisitos. Los empleos de la planta de personal del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, se proveerán teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de los mismos de acuerdo con su clasificación dentro del respectivo nivel y sin sujeción a requisito adicional alguno.
