ARTICULO 4o . Del nivel de gestion . En este nivel se clasifican los empleos a los que por la naturaleza de sus funciones les corresponde organizar, dirigir y coordinar las actividades que demande el funcionamiento de las áreas y unidades que conforman la estructura orgánica de la Presidencia de la República o de los programas y misiones especiales que se establezcan.
