ARTICULO 2o. Del nivel de dirección y de asistencia al presidente . En este nivel se clasifican los empleos a los que por la naturaleza de sus funciones les corresponde asistir directamente al Presidente de la República en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones constitucionales y legales, así como, de acuerdo con las instrucciones de éste, representarlo en la orientación y coordinación de organismos o entidades, políticas o programas especiales.
