ARTICULO 30. De las derogatorias y de la vigencia de este decreto. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación; deroga el Decreto ley 146 de 1976; el Decreto ley 2220 de 1983; los artículos 36 a 38 del Decreto ley 3448 de 1983; el literal a) de los artículos 7 de la Ley 46 de 1988 y 53 del Decreto ley 919 de 1989; y modifica, en relación con las materias que aquí tienen regulación especial para el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, el Decreto ley 1042 de 1978 y la Ley 46 de 1990 y las demás disposiciones que fueren contrarias al presente Decreto.
